Digital Community Engagement

So, a posh word for communicating with people, but the current buzzphrase in the heritage community. I spent all of yesterday at a Web 2.0 seminar for my day job. And when they asked who had a blog I put my hand up, when they asked who blogs weekly I had to put it down.

Shame on me.

This is my ninth acceptance since I started subbing stories three months ago.

Letters from the Dead

My letter Company has been accepted for 'Letters from the Dead' - another wonderful anthology from the the Doc over at the Library of the Living Dead.

Quite short, the letter tells of the last moments of someone who probably isn't as scared as she should be.

Steampunk Zombies

Pleased to announce that my story "Professor Gorgon's Amazing Zombie Influencing Machine" has been accepted by the Library of the Living Dead for the Through the Eyes of the Undead anthology.

This is a steampunk tale of an eccentric professor dabbling in areas which are best left alone.
